Frequently Asked Questions
Where customer’s requirement is heavy radial load and misalignment, we can use spherical roller bearings due to its open design and line contact of the rolling element. It will also provide highest degree of rigidity with its law RPM application.
We can use different type of ball bearings where RPM requirement is high. We can shift to various groups of ball bearing like deep groove ball bearing, angular contact ball bearing or self-aligning ball bearing according to type of load like radial load or axial load is required.
At KEC Bearings we are using premium quality of raw material from premium suppliers from INDIA as well as ABROAD. We are using SAE 52100 / 100Cr6 for Rings and Rolling elements which gives our bearing superior performance and better life.
We At KEC Bearings apply 100% spheroidized annealing process. Benefits of spheroidized annealing are better strength, lower distortion rate, higher ductility and better machinability.
